Shipping:
Thank you for your purchase at KARMENTEA! We offer free delivery within the US for all orders. After dispatch, your order will arrive within 2-6 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

Duty and Tax:
Customs duties and/or VAT may apply. These fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. KARMENTEA is not liable for any customs charges or local taxes associated with international shipments. It’s essential to acquaint yourself with your country’s regulations, as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.

Returns:
We gladly accept exchanges and returns for items that are in their original condition with tags and liners attached. Exchanges and returns will only be considered if the item is unused and unworn, and can be processed for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Unfortunately, if 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To request an exchange or return, please email us at hello@karmentea.com within 15 days of receiving your package. You will receive credit to use on our website for a new purchase.
There are no fees for restocking,returns,or exchanges.
Once you receive an email confirmation that we’ve received your request, please follow our exchange and return instructions:

– For exchanges, return the original item and make a new purchase on our website. You will receive the new order within 2-6 business days.

– When submitting a return, we will provide you with return instructions via email.

– Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned items and can be credited back to your original payment method.

Please note that sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. Sale items include those purchased with a discount of 10% or more and cannot be returned. We will process your refund within 5 business days once we receive the item.

Due to health regulations, we cannot accept styles that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered. KARMENTEA reserves the right to determine if a returned suit has been soiled. If a suit is determined to be soiled, we cannot accept it for return or merchandise credit. We are unable to send back soiled suits and will need to dispose of them.
