Karmentea is an artisan swimwear brand proudly made in Medellin – Colombia.
The inspiration to create Karmentea came from the need of exclusivity, high quality, beauty, accessibility and a fit that can embrace our bodies.
Our swimwear is cut by hand. We do not mass-produce, it is important to maintain our designs exclusive, that is why we make so few of them and you will be able to tell how many were made once you receive your Karmentea swimwear.
It is important to us to give our artisans a sweatshop free environment since we work with women head of household, older adults and survivors of the armed conflict in Colombia. We are socially responsible brand, we proud of what we do and how we do it, that is why we emphasize in the fact that our pieces are made with LOVE and you can get an Artisan swimsuit, made the right way and is accessible to all budgets.
Our swimsuits are made to fit the body, not the other way around, we apply functional knots to most of our bold designs, sizes can be boxed into S, M & L but they fit a great range of beautiful and sexy body types.
